As per International aproved guidelines human studies should have been conducted in accordance with the principles of the DECLARATION OF HELSINKI ( 1964 , Revised in 1975 and 1983 ) .
The authors should indicate that ethical aproval of the study has been granted .
Animal experiments should have been performed as the guidelines of CPCSEA act .
